I love to see contemporary renovations that compliment period details and preserve the character of Toronto’s great century homes. Likewise, in condos and newer builds I’m looking for durability of materials, full-size appliances, functional layouts, and rooms with actual doors and exterior windows. (Builders, is that really too much to ask?)
